With over a decade of experience, including more than 10 years in the Yale Emergency Department, Kimberly specializes in crisis intervention, resource navigation, and trauma-informed care.

She brings an extensive background in connecting individuals and families to vital services such as housing, food access, healthcare, and emotional support.
